Rough bunch, right? Not really, they just look that way - some of the nicest guys ever. These guys came visiting from Utah on their 'annual bike trip' and stopped by for some pulled-pork sandwiches, corn on the cob and assorted goodies that calmed the 'wild beast' inside them!!! They rode almost 1,000 miles and toured 'our' beautiful country, some for the first time. They made a loop around Jackson, WY, by the Grand Tetons, through our area and up toward West Yellowstone - some of the most majestic and beautiful country in the world!
Cameron, our son (bottom photo/second from right) led the expedition and wanted to know if they could drop by for lunch - my immediate response was "SURE!" and I'm sure glad I did because we had a lot of fun. All these guys work for "Goldman Sachs" and Cam is their boss - they have a great working relationship and have a blast together.
BTW, "Life Photography" is the name of our NEW business (Heather and I) - come by and see what's going on!

Holy Cow, those guys are bankers. I wonder how many people would deposit their money if they saw these pics. Ha, Ha! Your pictures are awesome, they look like a fun group
Oh... love the black and white!
Ah. Such a tough looking bunch! haha. I sooooo seriously love Harley's. Wish Duff would get one so we could ride. Wouldn't THAT be a picture!
Congratulations BB! You have a beautiful LIFE PHOTOGRAPHY site and your photos and SUPER!
Love it!!!
Oh Berta . . . Kenny & I love our Harley! We've gone on 10 day trips to Canada, Victoria Island and rode the highway to the sun.
I never thought I'd ever wear leathers, but I do. I just put the shield down on my helmet and nobody knows my name! hee hee.
I'm telling you . . . you and Bob need to buy a Harley. Your butt will know you've been on one FUN TRIP!
Your new heading is awesome! I love this time of year and your photo captures the end of summer so nicely. Did you do any special effects to it?
That looks like a fabulous 'lunch bunch' : ) What a fun trip! Can you imagine all the fantastic things they saw?
Love the new header photo ~ autumn is starting to show here in Germany but not fully as yet, cant wait as I love the way Germany looks in full Autumn.
Those dudes sure do look scary...thanks for sharing that they are not...;)
Great photo's as always...
Berta,
In answer to your question, I grew up in Preston, Idaho. I do have a sister who lives in Idaho Falls and we look similar. She also lived in Rexburg and Rigby. Don't you live near that part of the world? Haven't you noticed that the world really is "small" when you involve the internet?
It is indeed a small world. Julie is my sister (I'm going to go out and shoot myself), not my daughter, and she is indeed married to Travis. What fun making connections!
Great photos Berta. Looks can be deceiving;-D
