If I were you, I would run to Florence's Chocolates and buy some of her yummy chocolate. When I lived there, I would buy it buy the brick and dip chocolates. I do believe that she still sells it, and it's fabulous. If not, just buy those yummy symphony chocolate bars, melt it and dip, or just drizzle the chocolate over the tops of the Coconut Macaroons. You will love them...so easy. Make sure you cook them until they are VERY Golden brown, and bake them on parchment paper....not wax paper. That way they will be easy to remove. Let me know how they turn out. The Mosaic is so beautiful!
