'he sent flowers'

Note: Short update post from yesterday (below)!

I was feeling 'down-in-the-dumps' one day this past week - no particular reason, just not myself. Before I knew it, there came a knock at the door - when i opened it, I was surprised that 'he sent flowers'! He does that - he has since he was a little boy (so says his mother) - been thoughtful and giving. I did notice, they weren't cheap and I have changed the water daily so they would last as long as possible.

I always take the time to photograph the gifts he sends because I want them to last forever - and they do! I also want our kids and grandkids to know their father and grandfather is a very thoughtful person - always bringing home some little 'treasure' - not always expensive flowers, just little thoughtful things!
