*****SPRING GIVE-AWAY*****

It's "SPRING" and we're having a give-away! These dresses are about the cutest thing I've seen in a long time! Heather is the creator (and she's FUNNY as heck!) and she's got the 'cutest little shop in town' over at Etsy - "Born Ready" kids clothing. I've been trying to convince her that this VW & surfboard would look R.E.A.L. cute on an adult shirt - don't you think? This little dress (you can choose either the white or pink dress) could be for your little one, grandbaby, for a relative or friend - just think of the possibilities. I'm sure if you have ONLY boys, Heather would be happy to substitute a T-shirt with said-logo? Heather is SUPER TALENTED you might be interested in her Bella Rosa blog for active women everywhere. PIONEER DAY:
It was OUR TURN to set the flags out again - even though we roll out of bed at 6 a.m. on a summer morning, I really love doing it.  If you notice the picture (left), our ward is really on the ball as all the flags are color coded as there are three routes that need to be done - works really well.  Each route is done within 30 minutes, give or take.  The kids are amazing, as always and it's always fun to be around happy, energetic people!  

Tonight, firecrackers are going off all over the neighborhood because it's Pioneer Day!  July 24th is set aside each year to remember the pioneers who crossed the plains to settle the west.  Many of our ancestors were 'those brave ones' who sacrificed so much so we could have what we have today!
